Domestic shipping charge in the UK is £5. It will be displayed and added at checkout.
Free delivery for orders over £50
Free shipment for orders over £50 is added automatically to all qualifying orders.
Shipment processing time
All orders except personalised bottles are processed within 2 business days. Personalised gift boxes can take up to 10 working days to reach you as they are handwritten by our calligrapher and shipped directly from Germany via DHL.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We currently do not ship outside the UK. Parcels are sent using Hermes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are eligible for returns. You must notify Elephant Gin Store of receipt of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods, otherwise your claim might not be considered.
You then have to send the damaged, faulty or incorrect goods with a proof of purchase to Elephant Gin Store at your expense. Upon confirmation of the defect, Elephant Gin Store will replace or refund the products, depending on product availability. Elephant Gin Store will only refund the delivery costs of returned goods if the goods are confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect.
